Landscape Horticulturist Production Manager

Details:
  • Valid Driver’s License. This is Required (do not apply otherwise)

  • Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Candidates should be familiar with and able to perform all aspects of landscape installation. (IE: Irrigation, Planting, Seasonal Color, Soil, Turf and Hardscapes, and Lighting)

  • Candidates should have a horticulture license and knowledge of plants, disease treatment, insect treatment, spray tech license, preventative treatment, turf grass maintenance, and irrigation controller settings.

  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus​

  • Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm schedule (occasional Saturdays)

  • Competitive pay, based on experience

Day to Day:
  • Coordinate daily routes for maintenance crews and installation crews. Start the crews in the morning.

  • Supervise crews daily, checking properties, working with crews to train and hold workmanship accountable.

  • Performing landscape-related tasks as needed (IE: tasks such as turf grass weed and feed treatments, adjusting irrigation, fixing irrigation heads, spraying plants for scale, etc.)

  • Daily Checklist to send to the owner as an update on the day and the crews' production

  • Leads by example.

  • Is self-motivated.

  • Requires minimal supervision.

  • More responsibilities to be earned along with more salary after initial requirements and responsibilities are met.
