Assistant Landscape Architect

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Monday - Friday 7am to 4pm schedule (occasional Saturdays)

Responsibilities:
-
Working towards or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape
-
Architecture or Horticulture.
-
Proficient in design and engineering software.
-
Able to work outdoors and get your hands dirty.

Assist in completion of landscape design projects across multiple scales and project typologies.

Complete tasks and follow instruction provided by supervisor.

Assist in drafting of the layout of projects in collaboration with Landscape Architect.

Assist in preparing Landscape Architecture project plan sets utilizing the requisite software.
-
Participate and contribute to design discussions, idea generation, collaboration, and design work in drawing, model, and 3D image formats.
-
Attend project and client meetings with design professionals.
-
Work on site with maintenance and installation crews to get an idea of plans versus reality.
